Analysis2-MatthewM

Baraka:

A1. The purpose of the documentary was to show the many different perspectives that are from around the world and how that all connect to the life as a whole

A2. the documentary shown the many different settings throughtout the trailer. There were several different types of scenes of nature, animals and the people that were in it. But, there was no narration in this film. So when we were watching it we had to interpret the visuals and make the connections to the different types of footage.

A3. There were a few shots that were taken from quite a distance that were meant to capture the horizon of a large landscape. I like Night photography just as much as. The shots were important because it allowed the people watching to get a great feeling of how the places were shown. Another time of the trailer that stuck to me was small places that had people basically piled into the small place.

The Prisoner:

A1. This doc is about how someone was falsely accused of planning to kill Tony Blair.

A2. The visual elements that were in the trailer helped give the audience a good understanding of the film. There are two types of music used in this doc trailer.

A3. In parts where he was taken as a prisoner and during what had happened when he explains what happened during that time.
