Brainstorming

Our intended company is UVAC, which is UMaine’s emergency response ambulance corps.

For this topic and company, sounds typically associated are sirens, tires screeching, and somebody yelling “help” for symbolism. Perhaps some people think of the iconic spongebob phrase “ouch, my leg!” The message we are trying to send is just to promote UVAC and what they do. In terms of music, anything could be suited to fit this in the realm of acoustics and low fi.

Proposal

The company is UVAC and the intended audience is college kids and adults in the Orono area. The goal is to showcase what UVAC has to offer and all the good that they do, as well as showcase the diversity of workers.

In the video, you will see footage of some workers talking as well as b roll of showing around the building. The ambulance and workers are the main focus of the video, since they are the most important. The interviewee sits inside the ambulance to emphasize the importance of it and show viewers that hey, this is important. There are also some shots of the gear and equipment they use, to show viewers a visual of what the man talking is describing.
