Project 1 – Aiden Nolan

Scene 1~
The scene opens up with light acoustic music playing as our main character wakes up to his alarm in the morning. He looks down at his phone and decides to get ready for the day. He goes into the bathroom to wash his face and then hurries down the stairs putting on his dominoes shirt to show that he works at the restaurant. He leaves the house, gets in his car and drives to his first destination.

Scene 2~
He arrives at his first destination and heads towards the door music fades out

    Customer 1:(cheerfully) Hey whats good man?

    Pizza Man: Hey how are you doing?

    Customer 1: You got my pizza?

    Pizza Man: Yeah, your total tonight was 11 bucks.

    Customer 1: Alright man, heres 11 bucks, have a great day!

    Pizza Man: Thank you, you too.

Pizza Man walks back to his car visibly frustrated with not getting a tip throws the bag into the passengers seat and gets in. He writes on his tip list zero dollars and drives off

Scene 3~
Pizza Man arrives at the next stop and walks towards the door

    Pizza Man: Hey, how are you doing?

    Customer 2: (rudely) I already paid online right?

    Pizza Man: Yeah, you’re all set.

    Customer 2: Alright, (fumbles to find a tip) here’s… a dollar.

    Pizza Man: Thank you
Now more frustrated from before, Pizza Man kicks the tire of his car, gets in, and writes one dollar under the first zero. He drives off

Scene 4~
This scene Is sort of a montage of Pizza Man going to different doors, delivering the pizza, and having the door slammed in his face to further ruin his day

Scene 5~
Pizza Man arrives at the next house and approaches the door. He knocks and it immediately opens.

    Customer 3: (angrily) What took you so long man?

    Pizza Man:(flustered) Sorry man it…

    Customer 3:(cutting him off) Its been way too long, how much is it?

    Pizza Man: That’ll be 12.50

    Customer 3: here’s 11(slams the door)

Pizza Man is dumbfounded and returns to his car as the music picks up again. He slams the steering wheel in frustration as he has not able to make a living of such small to no tips. He writes down the zero as you see all the tips from that day, none over 2 dollars. He drives to his final destination of the day with little hope for a positive outcome.

Scene 6~
Pizza Man arrives at the final destination and knocks on the door.

    Pizza Man:(depressed) Can I get you to sign that?

    Customer 4: yeah!(signs the receipt) here you are man, have a goodnight.

    Pizza Man: Whatever, here’s your freakin pizza

As Pizza Man leaves, Customer 4 gives him a strange look of confusion. Pizza gets to his car and sighs, he’s expecting another small tip. He looks down and exclaims. He pulls out his notebook and writes down fifty dollars. This has made his whole day worth it. He drives off with a smile on his face as the screen fades to black
