The IMRC Center promotional video.

We presented the plan to Sean the head of the IMRC and he was happy to have use create the promotional video.
The video is fully approved.
For sound, we will use a shirt mic and high-quality recorder in order to get clear audio. The interview with Sean will be the main narrative, while the shots will switch from his interview to B-Roll of the IMRC.
We will find and use light background music to blend the shots together and give the video a modern vibe.
C. Final preparations – As a group, create lists and schedules for the production:
The interview is being scheduled based on Sean’s time frame as well as the teams. During this week and our free class times designated for filming, we will take B-Roll shots for the video. We have also scheduled a 3D print with Sean for additional B-Roll. Locations noted scene by scene
I will be responsible for scheduling as well as audio for Sean’s interview.
Jake and Carsyn will be responsible for capturing the majority of the B-Roll
Than and Andreas will bring the film equipment for the interview and B-Roll shots, they will also help with B-Roll
Than, Andreas and Carsyn will be responsible for the majority of the film editing and post production.
After the first edit we will go over the film as a team.
