My role in this assignment was to record the interview and and do the audio. Nate Reid was the interviewer. Will Herboldsheimer and Will Robertson helped in finding new people to interview as Nate was interviewing people and I was recording. We were multi tasking in a way. Will Robertson also edited the film.

We interviewed students who go to UMO because our question about, “Is college worth it?” seemed to be more appropriate to ask current college students. In making this film we didn’t do any research before hand. We just picked a place, found some people who were willing to be interviewed and then recorded them giving their opinions and thoughts to questions that were asked.

For editing, William had to match the audio and video clips so nothing was off and he had to take some scenes out because at some points the camera would go out of focus during the interviews. He also had to play with the pitch of the audio because I could tell that at some points people were talking really quiet and then they would talk loud at some points.

I believe that the objectives were fulfilled from the final product because we got some good responses and some responses were different in some ways. Some people were 50/50 and others were total opposites of agreeing with the questions or disagreeing.
