Report 2-Trystin Killer

  1. Everyone in the group took part in filming and audio recording. However, Aaron and Aiden scheduled the interview and did the editing.
  2. We contacted random people, friends, and educators to take part in our documentary. We interviewed all of them. No research was required since these were purely opinionated responses. We did not care about educating them on the topic because it was irrelevant. Only focus was on the ideas these people had. We filmed people in many different settings in a person-to-person style interview.
  3. Since Aaron did the editing, I am not knowledgeable on what steps were taken other than essentials like syncing audio and balancing levels. Perhaps some light effects put in to reduce the noise of the light. Our rough cut was incredibly long, but post-production, it was significantly reduced in time length.
  4. I believe the final video was very well put together and targeted exactly what we were looking for. The message was indeed effectively communicated. The subject was clear and answered exactly as desired.
  5. If the timeline for this project wasn’t so rushed, it would’ve been much easier to have been a bigger part of the editing process as well as more meaningful interviews. With spring break
