  1. Our group decided to share a lot of the roles to give each of us the chance to work in positions that we hadn’t tried before. We all took turns being interviewers for the various people that we decided to interview for our documentary. Aside from the Interviews, Aaron took care of the camera work as well as a good amount of editing. Trystin and Aiden captured most of the audio which I later equalized and edited into the sequences we took on the camera.<\/li>
  2. We contacted many new media professors as well as a few T-As prior to filming. However most of our interview footage was gathered from hanging around in the IMRC with a camera asking various students, in new media or other majors for an interview. We Also used this same tactic in the union and in some dorms. This gave us the ability to not only get faculty opinions but also opinions from new media students, IMFA graduate students, students in other majors and some TA’s that we saw in the IMRC. This gave us a lot of great content to work with.<\/li>
  3. I began the editing process by synching all of our captured audio with our video and then equalizing and cleaning up the audio in audition. Aaron then took the sequence I created and cut and rearranged it to something that had more of a narrative. Later Aaron was able to ad some captions, titles and names and we had our finished product.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    1. Product \u2013 Were the objectives of the production fulfilled through the final product? Were the elements of image, sound, and editing effective in communicating the intended themes and ideas and presenting the subjects seen in the video?<\/li>
    2. I felt like we were able to complete everything we set out to complete. We wanted to gather opinions from as many people as we could find about the New Media department and we definitely got a lot of students and professors. I can’t think of anything that would have made the experience better, my group worked very well together. We had no trouble communicating with each other and being available for the work that needed to be done. <\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
