The Elevator<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Story Elements:<\/strong> The\nprotagonist was the guy in the blue shirt who started out in the elevator. The\ncrisis\/challenge that was set on him what the he was on an elevator and then a\nbunch of overweight people kept getting on. As there were more overweight people\ngetting on the elevator, the guy started looking at the weight capacity and started\nadding up the weights to see if they would get to it. After he added it up, he\nnoticed that it was over the capacity, so he quickly got off and then onto\nanother elevator with non-overweight people. The catch is that this new\nelevator, although they weren\u2019t overweight, they were all very sick and started\ncoughing and sneezing everywhere, this is the \u201cnew normal.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manipulating Light:<\/strong>\nThroughout the whole movie, the depth of field is at a medium shot and the\nfocus is mainly on the protagonist. It is a pretty normal shot for most of the\nmovie. When people are getting on the elevator the shot is very bright, every time.\nBut then when we see the inside of the elevator and our protagonist the shots\nare dark. There isn\u2019t a whole lot of color in the film. It is mainly sad dull\ncolors because the setting seems like an office building which are normally\npretty dull colors. The recording medium was mainly film and overall it doesn\u2019t\nlook very cinematic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Framing:<\/strong> The\nscreen aspect ratio fit the device that I was watching it on, and the\ndimensions of the frame was mainly focused on the people within the frame. The\ncamera was on a tripod the whole time because all of the shots were still.\nThere was on panning or tilting. The different shots were either medium or extreme\ncloseups on the numbers of the elevators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visual Style:<\/strong> The\noverall visual style was homemade. This film was not cinematic in its shots or in\nthe use of technology used. But overall the story line was amazing so that is\nwhy they were able to pull it off so well.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
