The Setting: A university is panned into shot, to reveal a lot of snow has been falling, and has been frozen to ice. In the background we can hear a radio, of previous weather about freezing rain. It’s cold outside, and everyone is dressed for it.
Plot:
Two friends are walking through the campus together. They are talking about their classes, work, and other things in life.
Setting: Neville Hall Bell
F1: Hey how was your class today?
F2: Could’ve been better the professor about put me to sleep with her talk about rocks.
F1: Astronomy?
F2: Nope, she teaches Calculus, and she just really wanted to talk about rocks.
F1 (looking confused): Okay… Have you ever heard about the bricks of death?
F2: The Who McWhat?
F1: You don’t know the bricks of death?
F2: No?
F1(pointing at the bricks with snow on them, the bricks surround the bell): Just be careful, okay?
F2: Pffft, what can be so bad about some stupid bricks?
F1 and F2 continue their walk toward the bricks.
F2: OOOOooo these bricks are so spooky. Guess Im gunna die walking over them.
F1: Fine don’t believe me.
F2: I never do.
F2 proceeds to run over the bricks and falls hard, while having a very dramatic slip.
F1: I warned you.
F2 states while standing up: Shut up.
Point of the Scene:
The interaction between the two friends is supposed to be a foreshadowing event with the very beginning of the film. The Students have casual conversation, and the bricks around the neville hall bell comes up. The students have 2 varied experiences with the bricks, and ultimately the one who knew about them was right.
Required Gear:
A Camera, and some audio recording hardware is needed. The only other possible item needed, would be a GoPro for a first person perspective, or a drone for some panorama.
