Writing 3-Andreas Sandoval

A) Brainstorming

1. Orono brewing company: we could get some really good footage here with how the alcohol is made and show to give them a little exposure

2. A Umaine Sports team: we can give a sports team on campus a little more recognition with a promotional video about them and more people can show up to the games

3. IMRC: Someone in our group is currently working in the IMRC and we could do a video showing what the building has to offer for the publics use.

B) Sound

  1. We will have some noises like machines operating or athletes practicing to give off the tone of the video

2.We will probably have a voiceover of an interview going on throughout the videos talking about the said topic with b-roll running over it

3.The music with be calm and not too in your face so the viewer won’t just focus on the music instead of the video

3) Writing 

1.The client that is intended for the video about the students and the general public

2. The object of the video is to give whoever we are promoting a little more exposure and let more people know about the said subject

3. Most likely we are going to do a video on the IMRC and the shots will consist of the machines running and the slight noises they give off in the background. We can show people operating said machines. There will be shots of the people working at the IMRC and a lot of pan shots to get a wide range of the building. There is a lot of possibilities to get some good shots and we think this could be the best promotional video to do because not that much people in the community doesn’t know what the IMRC has to offer
