What I really want to do for my project is give a glimpse of what it’s like to work at Team Maine. As a member, people sometimes are confused when they hear that we are all friends outside of our work, and that we also have fun when we are working the big events like Accepted Students Days, and Open Houses. People think that it’s just a facade when we stand outside in the cold dancing in front of the giant inflatable bears head, but it’s entirely sincere. We love our jobs, and it shows.

I want to make a light-hearted, almost vlog/ informational video that could be used to encourage students to join Team Maine. I want to show the shenanigans that happen behind the scenes, even when we are waking up at 5:30 in the morning to set up for prospective students. I want to work on my editing skills specifically, such as transitions that are better, better quality audio, and making scenes cohesive in terms of color-correcting. I want my clips to give off a vibe that is happy, and playful. And I hope to do this well.

I plan on showing some aspects of being on Team Maine, such as giving tours, the goofiness of us all, the Open Houses and the tele counseling we do everyday to prospective students. I want to give a taste into the personal aspect of Team Maine.
