Something that happened to a friend of mine was his credit/debit card being used by a stranger online. What happened was a security breach that occurred on a Walmart Website, and my friends credit/debit card was still on his personal Walmart account. This lead to the my friend hearing about how someone used his card to pay for a 100 dollar Walmart membership. Luckily he was able to get his money back after telling his bank about it. He also took all of the cards off the account so his information wouldn’t get taken again. A way to prevent this from happening would be to access your cards with fingerprint identification rather than a password that can easily be taken to go into your bank account. This would help enhance safety. If there was an app that allowed you to use a fingerprint scan to access credit/debit card info, it would make it more difficult for those trying to steel that information to buy stuff.
