Here is my solution to making this type of positive content more available! I propose an application. This app shows the user only 3 things, endearing animal videos, local shelter adoptions (based on locations), and lists of local animal charities to donate to! Here is what the app called Pawsitive Attention could look like:

One important thing to note about the video page is that these are randomized videos from a database with no like/comment/follow options so the user can purely just enjoy the videos and hopefully these videos will inspire the user to check out the other pages!
