A catalyze that start this mental health phenomenon all started with one woman contemplating suicide. Women were given a notice of eviction and put a sign in her window saying she would be evicted in so many days and then she would kill herself. Her neighbor took to that and rallied around her with protests until the town allowed her to stay.  a man who had joined in the protest to protect her was found to have previously had visited a mental intisution and was brought back after the protest. The woman heard of this and demanded he be released.  The cure to mental health is a real human reaching out to pull you out of the darkness. its more than a message on facebook its about real humans sharing emotion. sometime you just need the touch of another human.
