This video begins by talking about how youths are becoming more depressed because they’re not receiving the attention they seek. He says that humanity needs tribes and to work together. Ignore the ideas of Margret Thatcher that says :There’s no such thing as society, there are only individuals and there families. It moves on to talk about the creator of Venmo and how he funded a research to show that depression was a chemical imbalance in your brain. Johan believes that the world around you plays a larger role on your mental well-being. He gave an example of a farmer in south East Asia who had his leg blown off, fixed up, then sent back to work at the same farm and became depressed. So some people helped him out, sat down and talked with him and decided to get him to a new farm and a cow. It cured his depression. He talks about Robert Sapaloski and when he lived with a gang of baboons.  He tested the stress levels of these baboons to show that the hierarchy causes stress to the baboons at the bottom and the top. He then talks about the couple that started a bike shop and made everyone the boss and it made them happy. Then talks about the the woman who was being evicted, she left a note saying she was gonna kill herself and then the community came together to protest to lower rent and created the largest or most effective protest in Berlins history.
