Towards the end of the film, Johan starts to discuss an issue about a woman in a Turkish village who was about to be evicted from her home even though she was unable to care for herself. Nuria was generally not listened to by others until she presented a sign that said she was going to be evicted from her home and she was going to kill herself.
Many people noticed this and started to reach out for the woman and help her. Many upon many people came to her aid and helped her through her difficult time. This inspired many people to remember to look out for and care for one another.
This leads to Johan concluding that the secret to happiness and curing depression is by engaging in human acts of kindness and helping others battle isolation that is caused by how our society is today. Isolation and feeling alone can’t be cured by having merely a place to live and material things, one must feel interconnected by their community and cared for by others because it is human nature to be around others.
This is just a quick summary of the end of the film.
