Brainstorming ways to increase your brain skills:
-organization/writing down what you need to get done-deep conversations
-try to get an hour of exercise – counts as time away from your phone
-trying to focus on one thing at once
-meditation/breathing exercises
-self-reflection
-beneficial breaks/non-screen ex. going on a walk, clearing head
-studying with someone else/group – less likely to go on phone
