Technology affects so many different aspects of the human body. It can affect eyesight, posture, dopamine levels and more. This visual portrays the symptom of sleep deprivation due to phone usage before bed. Blue light from phones and other electronic devices emits short wavelengths that disrupts and delays a person’s internal clock. It can even affect the amount of energy the person will have the next day.
I came up with an app in your phone where you can fill out your whole schedule and based on that schedule the phone will automatically play white noise at the time you can get a full 8 hours of sleep. The phone will of course not be totally locked so you can use it for emergencies but social media notifications will be turned off. There even can be an option to lock all social media apps as well until the scheduled time to wake up.
