Task 2 – Novak Perovic

3 years ago my friend joined an ESports team and was a very important member of that team. They had tournaments very often during the year and he spent up to 15 hours a day during that period. After a certain time, he started to feel very strong pains in the back area and he did not know how to solve that problem. He did various things that he found on the Internet as possible solutions, but nothing helped him and the pain was increasing day by day. He visited for a while and everyone told him that the problem was that he spends too much time at the computer, but in a way it was his job and obligation and he didn’t know how to solve this problem. After two months since the problem started, he decided to stop and leave the team. His decision to do it was not only because of his back problem, but also because of school because he could not balance it with school. Despite the fact that he stopped doing that, the pain in his back continued and he decided to go to the gym. Every day he would set aside at least an hour to do the training and this paid off after a month. The pains were decreasing day by day and he finally solved this problem. He is currently studying computer engineering and also spends a lot of time at the computer, but he always finds time to go to the gym and do his training.

This is an example that there is a solution to this problem, and I think it is necessary to set aside some time during the day to be physically active. I know that nowadays it is very difficult, because people have too many obligations. Especially people whose work is at the computer have this problem, and I think that however little time they can set aside for physical activity, they should do it and it will certainly help them. It doesn’t have to be something excessively difficult and long, but if you do it a little bit every day, I’m sure that the consequences will be less and that we will feel much better. I also think that it would be good if  companies whose employees work at the computer should provide some rest periods where people can stretch. For example, every two hours, there should be a 15-minute break, so that people can get up and walk around a bit, because it is very bad for the body to be in that position during the entire working time.
