The meme that I chose makes joke of mental health and how people feel about themselves which after the recent topics we’ve discussed hit a wrong chord with me. I not think mental health is a thing that should be used as a joke as it is something almost everyone struggles with at some point. With mental health already being a touchy subject for people to bring up having it look at as a joke makes it harder for people to talk about their issues and be taken seriously.<\/p>\n

For the meme I created I chose to take the same outline as the original but change the perspective. I think for lots of people their mental health is effected by outside sources and other peoples opinions. While I don’t think my meme would spread as much as the first I think that is a societal issue we need to fix not one with the men itself.<\/p>\n

In media today negative and hurtful posts spread faster than their opposites. I don’t know what a realistic approach would be to put an end to this type of spread but in a perfect world I think requiring that every negative or hurtful thing that’s put out there must be matched with a positive or uplifting post would be a step in the right direction.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
