\u00a0I chose the principle \u201cCatch and Store Energy\u201d. I decided on this principle because I immediately had an idea pop into my head when I saw it on the list. My first idea was to place a sun in a basketball hoop or a fishing net. Although, after a bit of thought I decided a glass jar would be easier for me to accomplish and also simpler. Logos, as we have learned, are meant to stay slightly simple- enough where it can be huge or tiny and still get its value across. I felt that a net would have too many lines and intricacies in certain aspects (at least the way I was going to do it).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0In nature, catching and storing energy can relate to plants. Plants catch and store the sun\u2019s energy in order to grow. My logo was trying to convey the idea that the sun\u2019s energy is so precious to keeping the world alive that it should be stored in a jar to keep it safe and tangible. In tech, we relate it to the idea of utilizing your \u201cstored energy\u201d to achieve your goals. For example: Maybe you have a project that you haven\u2019t started yet that is due in a few days. By thinking about how you can harness your energy the most in this moment to achieve your goal, you are more likely to make progress in some regard. My logo helps to represent this. The sun represents your energy. The jar is your storage of that.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
