My story idea is not fully ironed out, but my general idea so far was to develop narrative in the style of the french short film La Jetée. This film uses images in a cinematic way, constructing a science fiction story about an apocalyptic future involving time travel. While my project would not involve such an ambitious plot, it would be crafted in a similar way. I plan on using black and white photography, while also using shadows (or noir-esque lighting). I also plan on basing my narrative around a single character, and they will face a challenge of some kind (and will attempt to overcome this challenge).
