With this picture, I was attempting to use rule of odds in order to keep the image engaging. I also liked how the string lights faded further into the background, and were naturally angled adjacent to the edges of the photo. How I changed the picture was I added more saturation to bring out the vibrant colors more, darkened the shadows a bit, and cropped the image to remove unnecessary dead space.

I tried taking this photo so that the branch would be in focus in the foreground, while the house would be ominously lurked in the background. This image was changed by fixing the exposure, shadows, temperature, and by making the creative decision to turn it black and white. The composition choices were to fill the frame and to use rule of thirds.
