The theme of these photos is “Strangers who deserve more appreciation”.
The first photo is of the man who runs the sushi bar in the memorial union. While I was attempting to get a good photo, a female student had walked up and asked if he had anything that was entirely salmon. He went out of his way to make an entirely salmon sushi plate for her and just as he had finished it, the woman had changed her mind and walked away.
The second is of the woman who manages the IMRC equipment room. When I had talked to her when getting the camera, she seemed in a hurry and was extremely flustered. She was working hard to make sure everything was straightened out. She invited me into her studio for this picture.
The final photo was of one of the cashier ladies at the memorial union. She was surprised when I had asked to take her photo, so much so it broke her work flow a bit. She and the others work hard to make sure everyone can purchase their lunches at the union and with unmatched speed as well.
I was unable to get more yes answers, most likely due to word about a stalker walking around campus.
