For project 6, I believe a continually updated photo story would be able to capture the continually unprecedented nature of the COVID-19 pandemic. While my point of view is not unique in this situation, I feel that the commonality within the story I tell will allow others to connect with it. The immense pressure that society places upon its citizens to keep moving forward coupled with the apathy and anxiety that go along with carrying the burden of an unknown future, has led to a general outlook on life through morose-colored glasses. It’s necessary now more than ever to come together in some way and break the barrier of isolation via digital means. Even images of life beyond the six inches of drywall can inspire hope that a semblance of vivacity remains in the citizenry.
